Loan is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group. She focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters.
Loan works with clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, governance structures, commercial contracts, rights and interests of members and stockholders, commercial transactions and cross-border transactions. She assists a wide range of clients including privately-held companies, private equity groups, lenders and investors.
While in law school, Loan was the Managing Editor of the Loyola Law Journal and a Clinician in the Loyola Business Law Clinic. As a Clinician, she advised small businesses and not-for-profits on corporate governance, development strategies and contracts. Additionally, Loan participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition in Hong Kong and is fluent in Vietnamese.
