Prior to joining HMB, Ryan was a student attorney in the Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic where he advised small businesses and nonprofits on entity formation, governance and federal taxation. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and clerked for a member of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
