Samantha K. Breslow has been elevated from Associate and Jamie L. Ross and Lisa A. Rothstein, having previously been Of Counsel at HMB, are becoming Partners.

Samantha K. Breslow
Sam is a member of HMB’s State and Local Tax Group. Her practice spans state and local tax litigation and planning on issues involving income tax, sales and use tax, franchise tax and local taxes. With extensive experience representing privately- and family-held middle market businesses, Lisa is skilled at working collaboratively with stakeholders to reach pragmatic solutions to legal issues, and to develop and support strategic practices to minimize risk.
