Lauren is a partner at HMB and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Group. She focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, financial fraud and recovery matters.
Lauren partners with companies, business owners and financial institutions in complex bankruptcy, financial recovery and commercial litigation matters. She represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees and examiners, adversary defendants, equity holders and other significant stakeholders.
