Ken is a partner in HMB’s Trusts and Estates Group and advises individuals and business owners on nearly every aspect of their estate and tax planning needs.

Ken combines his knowledge of federal, state and local tax and proactive planning strategies to help business owners and wealthy families maximize the value of their estates and align their charitable endeavors with their philanthropic goals. He works with clients to develop income, estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning strategies; craft plans for businesses with diverse interests, including real estate and non-cash assets; and maximize the impact of charitable efforts, including forming and administering foundations.
