Max is a member of HMB’s Litigation Group and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and real estate disputes.

Max represents clients in all facets of litigation at the state, federal and administrative levels, including various forms of alternative dispute resolution and appeals. He regularly advises businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including general corporate disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes, intellectual property disputes, and general tort and products liability matters.

Working with real estate owners, Max advises clients on real estate matters including landlord and tenant disputes, construction liability and mechanics liens. Prior to joining HMB, Max represented clients in real estate matters such as tax appeals, real estate tax incentives, land use and municipal law.
