Jennifer F. Kuzminski joins HMB as a Partner.
Representing families with generational wealth, ultra-high net worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs, Jennifer helps clients transform their needs into goals with a plan to achieve them. She focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate and estate and gift taxation.

Jennifer has significant experience advising clients on income, corporate, estate, gift and generation-skipping tax considerations. Prior to HMB, Jennifer previously worked at a boutique law firm in Chicago and at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she drafted complex estate plans for families with net-worth exceeding $2 billion. Alyssa J. Karpinski joins HMB as an Associate.
Alyssa focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, asset protection and trust administration and litigation. She partners with individuals and families, helping them to create estate plans that accomplish their unique goals. Alyssa prioritizes getting to know her clients, from their asset profile to their family dynamic, to provide comprehensive advice.
Working with executors, trustees and financial institutions in probate proceedings and trust and estate administrations, Alyssa advises on the various aspects of serving as a fiduciary.
