Valya is a Paralegal in HMB’s Business and Finance Group. She concentrates her work on general corporate, transactional and finance matters.
Valya partners with clients on corporate compliance and transactional matters. She is involved in nearly every aspect of the compliance process, from obtaining and maintaining registrations, to effectuating conversions of entities and final withdrawals.
