Tammy is a paralegal in HMB’s Real Estate Group and assists in all aspects of the firm’s real estate practice.
Tammy works closely with clients, vendors and attorneys to ensure efficiency during the closing process. She assists in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial and residential development projects; commercial, residential and multi-family acquisitions; and commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. She assists with the preparation of closing checklists, real estate conveyance documents, closing statements and corporate authority documents, due diligence reviews, title and survey reviews and organizing and transaction closings.
