Max is a member of HMB’s Business and Finance Group and concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate counseling.
Working with private equity groups, venture capital firms, multinational organizations, privately held companies, family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, emerging companies, lenders and borrowers, Max helps clients with a variety of transactional needs, including mergers, acquisitions, entity and joint venture formations, commercial financings, public and private debt and equity offerings, governance matters and other corporate and business transactions. Prior to joining HMB, Max practiced law in the Chicago office of an Am Law 200 international law firm where he advised clients on secured lending and asset-based financing transactions, particularly transactions involving transportation assets such as aircraft, railcars or vessels.
