Madeleine is a member of HMB’s Trusts and Estates Group. She handles estate planning, administration and litigation matters for individuals, foundations and fiduciaries.

Madeleine works with clients to develop personalized estate plans by integrating trust and will directives with charitable endeavors, as well as combining savvy fiduciary and tax minimization strategies. She helps guide clients through all stages of probate and trust administration and has zealously represented clients in contested estate and trust matters and fiduciary matters. Additionally, Madeleine counsels clients on business entity formation, family foundation and nonprofit administration, business succession planning and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
