Karl is a member of HMB’s Litigation Group and advises clients in a range of corporate disputes, employment disputes and internal investigations.

Karl represents companies of all sizes in state and federal courts, from small, growth-stage businesses to large, multinational entities. In addition to handling complex commercial matters, his practice involves arbitration and mediation solutions that help clients avoid the cost and confrontation of litigation. Additionally, he conducts internal investigations regarding discrimination, harassment and corporate malfeasance.
