Elise Anderson

Elise is an Associate in the Business and Finance and Trust and Estates Groups. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Elise received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a certificate in Transactional Law where she was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. She was a Student Clinician in Loyola's Business Law Clinic, where she assisted in the formation and operation of small businesses in the Chicago area. Elise is currently in the process of completing her M.B.A at Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business.

Prior to joining HMB as an Associate, Elise was a Law Clerk assisting attorneys in all practice groups. Outside of HMB, she is an avid reader and spends her time practicing yoga and traveling.
