Casey E. Rivard

Casey Rivard is a member of Horwood Marcus & Berk's Business and Finance Group. Casey concentrates her practice on advising middle-market businesses and closely-held companies in a variety of business planning matters including mergers, acquisitions, the disposition of companies and assets, financing and venture capital transactions. Casey negotiates and drafts complex principal agreements and ancillary deal documents in transactions ranging from $1 million to $600 million. She also regularly counsels clients on a variety of general corporate matters, including general corporate governance. Casey represents purchasers, sellers and financial advisors in domestic and cross-border transactions involving public and private middle-market and large capitalization companies in a range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, financial services, consumer and business services.

Casey earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her Bachelor's degree in Art History and Archaeology from Washington University in St. Louis.
