Cryptocurrency has been all the rage in financial and legal news. Everyone has or knows someone who owns bitcoin (the most common form of cryptocurrency), but what exactly is cryptocurrency? Is cryptocurrency an asset, capable of being recovered by a bankruptcy trustee?
