Lauren L. Stricker joins HMB as a Partner.
Lauren focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, financial fraud and recovery matters and has significant experience helping companies, business owners and financial institutions in complex bankruptcy, financial recovery and commercial litigation matters. She represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, trustees and examiners, adversary defendants, equity holders and other significant stakeholders.
Prior to HMB, Lauren was a Partner at an AM Law 200 firm in their Chambers-ranked bankruptcy and commercial litigation practices. She has consistently been recognized by her peers and rating services as a top business, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy attorney. Lauren has been rated Judicial and Peer AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell (highest possible rating). Dan Wen joins HMB as an Associate.
Dan focuses his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. He represents, creditors and bankruptcy committees in insolvency, restructuring and recovery.
Prior to joining HMB, Den served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack B. Schmetterer of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. As a judicial clerk, Dan prepared memoranda for the court on complex and novel litigation and bankruptcy issues in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases.
