Market-Based Sourcing Audit Issues - The Rubber Hits the Road

Because many states adopted market sourcing 3 to 5 years ago, we are now beginning to deal with market sourcing issues in audits. All but a few states have been slow to issue detailed regulatory guidance. This presentation will discuss the practical implications of addressing market sourcing issues in the audit process offering real world examples (aka war stories) and suggest strategies for dealing with the lack of guidance and potential state to state inconsistencies.
