Horwood Marcus & Berk's George Spathis co-presented ""What You Need to Know About Fraudulent Conveyance Law" for the Knowledge Congress Webcast Series on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. The webinar was held from 11:00am-1:00pm CST and qualified for CLE credit. Horwood Marcus & Berk was a proud sponsor of this webcast.

The program provided a concise and helpful overview of the federal and state fraudulent conveyance laws, their real-life applications and practical guidance for asserting and defending against such claims. The program was of interest to bankruptcy and insolvency professionals, but was geared to appeal broadly to an array of professionals, including bankers, accountants and non-bankruptcy attorneys.
