On January 25, 2012 HMB's Brian Axelrad served as a judge and mentor for the Startup Leadership Program (SLP), a highly selective, world-class training program for outstanding founders, leaders, and innovators who are or want to be startup CEOs and connect to a global network of entrepreneurs. Brian offered his expertise as an attorney, investor, and entrepreneur in a mock term sheet negotiation competition.

SLP Fellows have gone on to found over 300 successful startup companies, including Duron Energy, Gharpay, ixigo, Innoz, Momelan, Runkeeper, and SideTour, among many others. The program offers in invaluable lifelong network of peers and mentors, as well as access to potential investors. The SLP session typically lasts six months and involves 60 hours of focused training and mentorship.
