Horwood Marcus & Berk's Jeffrey Hechtman was quoted in the Crain's Chicago Business article "Asking Investors to Ink a Nondisclosure Pact Is a Good Way to Get Laughed At." The article, from the Focus Small Business section, was part of a series dedicated to the business challenges facing startups. Hechtman, who works frequently with entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, spoke on non-disclosure and noncircumvention agreements from both sides.
