In this three hour session, David will cover everything you need to know about nexus, including recent developments in economic nexus, agency nexus and "anti-Quill" legislative and judicial activity.  The session will explore the limits on a state's authority to tax under state, federal and constitutional law with a particular emphasis on sales/use tax and income tax nexus.
