Horwood Marcus & Berk's Keith Berk presented "Buying and Selling a Business: Indemnification Provisions" for the Business Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association on Wednesday, June 6, 2012. Keith discussed the benefits of having an indemnification provision in a business purchase/sale agreement, including fundamental components, benefits and limitations of such an agreement.
