Horwood Marcus & Berk's Sean Auton presented an overview of business entities for the Chicago Bar Association's Business Law Committee on Thursday, September 13, 2012. Sean's presentation was part of a wider program called "Selecting and Forming the Business Entity," which covered the complexities of entity formation including:

  • tax consequences,
  • liability consequences,
  • and management and control issues
