Aaron Werner Presenting to the 2016 Polsky Accelerator Cohort at the University of Chicago

On July 27, 2016, Aaron Werner, Partner at Horwood Marcus & Berk, and Suleen Lee, General Counsel of The Barre Code (www.thebarrecode.com), will be presenting to the entrepreneurs currently participating in the 2016 Polsky Accelerator at the University of Chicago.  The presentation will focus on legal hurdles for early stage entrepreneurs and venture-backed companies.

The 2016 Polsky Accelerator consists of twelve companies representing a wide variety of industries including fintech, healthtech, edtech, fashion, beauty, bereavement, and public safety. The 2016 class includes representatives from across the University of Chicago, including the Booth School of Business, the College, the Harris School of Public Policy, and the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.  Some the twelve companies are developing traditional for-profit ventures, while others are launching new social enterprises in the non-profit space.  For more information on the Polsky Accelerator, please click the following link: http://polskycenter.com/accelerator/index.html.
