Zachary Strange

ZACK STRANGE, an associate in Horwood Marcus & Berk's Business and Finance Group, concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial financings, private equity, venture capital, and general counsel matters. He works with clients across industries and through all stages of growth.

Zack's legal knowledge is complemented by his previous work experience in the financial sector. Prior to attaining his law degree, Zack worked in various capacities at Northern Trust Corporation and held his Securities and Exchange Commission Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Zack graduated with Honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  During law school, Zack interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission and worked at Chicago-Kent's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where he developed a passion for helping entrepreneurs, executives, and investors solve legal and business matters.  Zack also received a CALI Award in the area of Contract Drafting and graduated with a Certificate in Business Law. Prior to law school, Zack earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Redlands, where he was a member of the varsity football team. Zack serves as the co-chair of the Chicago Commons associate board.
