STAVROS S. GIANNOULIAS concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and trust and estate litigation. Stavros has represented businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in a variety of contested matters involving contract disputes; commercial real estate and lease disputes; trade secret misappropriation; business torts; employment disputes; restrictive covenants; shareholder, partnership and ownership disputes; and insurance coverage disputes. Stavros has extensive experience in state and federal courts and has successfully tried, arbitrated and mediated cases in a variety of forums.
Stavros's trusts and estate litigation experience includes representing trustees and beneficiaries in a variety of trust and estate controversies, including matters involving trust asset valuations, trustee contract rights, and breaches of fiduciary duties.
Stavros also has extensive experience advising clients with respect to financial services and investor relations matters, and has successfully litigated and arbitrated such disputes in courts across the country and before government and regulatory agencies including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the National Futures Association and the Commodities Futures Trade Commission.
Stavros's clients include privately held businesses and business owners, real estate developers, general contractors, restaurants and hospitality service providers, financial service providers, and physicians and physician practice groups.
