Raymond Jacobi III

Raymond Jacobi III is an associate attorney in HMB's Business and Finance Group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and general corporate matters.

Ray represents private companies with their legal needs throughout their growth cycle, from organizational and capital formation, through general corporate and compliance issues, to acquisitions and dispositions. Ray serves as a true counselor to his clients, taking time to understand their business and ensure his legal work and advice advances his clients' business goals.

Ray served as outside corporate counsel for a variety of entities, ranging from multinational manufacturing companies to local literary organizations. He represented an international chemical manufacturer in a complex refinancing and organizational restructuring transaction involving the purchase of minority ownership interests and investments from several international actors and several technology start-up companies in their "Series A" funding round.

In his spare time, Ray enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his young daughter.
