Andrew C. Tremble

ANDREW TREMBLE, a member of HMB's Business and Finance Group, focuses his practice on general corporate work, mergers and acquisition transactions, debt and equity financing and securities law matters. He works with clients across industries and through all stages of growth, from startups to sophisticated multi-generational businesses.

Andrew received both his J.D. and his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. While in law school Andrew served as an associate editor for the Michigan Journal of Private Equity and Venture Capital Law and also served as a Legal and Government Affairs intern for NYSE Euronext.
