Lauren Wolven will present "Buy/Sell Agreement Planning for the Closely-Held Business Owner" at McGladrey's Tax Conference on November 16, 2011. The conference will take place from November 14-16, 2011 at the Q Center in St. Charles, IL.

Various break-out sessions will be offered in various tax categories, including income tax, compensation and benefits, controversy, partnership, private client services, SALT, tax process and technology, and tax quality and risk management, among others.
