HMB's Marilyn Wethekam was recently quoted in an article featured in the May 2, 2014, edition of Bloomberg BNA's Tax Management Weekly State Tax Report. The article, entitled "New York's New Factor Presence Nexus Standards: Vulnerable to Due Process Constitutional Challenge?" was written by Rebecca Helmes.
