When it comes to building an internal incentives team, there are many departments within an organization that have input into the decision process.  In this session, speakers will discuss proven methods and strategies on how to build an internal incentives team.  The topic will include developing the workplan, measurement and reporting incentive outcomes stakeholders and when to use third-party party consultants.  Speakers will share practical solutions to the challenges faced by the internal incentives team, including how to supplant incentives into the RFA process, early identification of incentive opportunities, managing internal and external communications, and post compliance responsibilities and best practices.
