Christopher T. Lutz joins Horwood Marcus & Berk's State and Local Tax group

HMB is happy to welcome Chris Lutz to its State & Local Tax group. Chris concentrates his practice on litigating state and local tax controversies for multi-state businesses and advises businesses on a range of issues, including income tax, local taxes, sales and use taxes and taxes relating to financial institutions, insurance, telecommunications and energy companies.

Chris is a frequent speaker, author and serves on the committee for IPT's Annual Conference Income Tax Section.

He received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School with honors and received his B.A. in Environmental Science from Vassar College. He also worked at COST as a legal fellow.
