Breen Schiller Quoted in State Tax Notes "Market-Based Sourcing Still a Dilemma for Many Taxpayers, Panelists Say" - 11/9/17

Breen Schiller was quoted in State Tax Notes from her presentation at the Paul J. Hartman SALT forum, discussing market-based sourcing.

The Multistate Tax Commission has established model regulations, but states continue to vary widely in the ways they implement market-based sourcing, according to panelists  at the Paul J. Hartman State and Local Tax Forum in Nashville, Tennessee.

Breen Schiller of Horwood Marcus & Berk Chtd. said the lack of uniformity creates  struggle for taxpayers. "Right now, the market is still in its infancy stages," Schiller said. "We are still figuring out and defining what the true market is."
