"Developments, Trends & Solutions in Multi State and Local Taxes"

by Jennifer A. Zimmerman

Jennifer Zimmerman is speaking at the Indiana CPA Society's Tax Institute Conference on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Marriott Downtown in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Jennifer will update participants as to the Multistate Tax Commission compact controversy and review other state and local tax initiatives such as the increase in combined reporting, single sales apportionment, and market-based sourcing for income.  Various approaches to sales tax compliance; an update on click-through nexus; and a review of federal legislation, state independent tax tribunals, and state whistleblower actions will also be part of the discussion.

The conference is open to members and non-members and covers a variety of federal and state tax topics.  For more information, click HERE.
